Успешно завершен проект по внедрению комплекса «Справочно-Информационная Служба» на базе программного обеспечения «Ситиай-софт» «Центр Обработки Вызовов» в ООО «Тверь Водоканал». 28 сентября в столице Верхневолжья состоялось торжественное открытие call-центра.

Генеральный директор ООО «Тверь Водоканал» З. А. Фатхутдинов так прокомментировал это событие: «Для компании, работающей в жизнеобеспечивающей отрасли, сall-центр – важное начинание, приближающее нас к европейским стандартам обслуживания клиентов».

Программное обеспечение call-центра, базирующееся на платформе Asterisk , обеспечивает такие функциональные возможности как прием и диспетчеризацию входящих вызовов, совершение исходящих вызовов, включая и организацию кампаний по авто-обзвону, распределение вызовов по операторам, управление очередями вызовов, регистрацию информации, поступающей от абонентов, построение отчетов.
