Мобильный видеосервер позволяет осуществлять аудио и видео трансляции с мобильного телефона на телефоны других пользователей сервиса через 3G-сеть. Трансляция может быть реализована посредством как передачи медиа-файла, так и медиапотока. Передача может быть направлена на системный сервер, который затем осуществит трансляцию на несколько телефонов, подключенных к сервису.

В ходе работы над проектом был разработан адаптивный видеокодек для ARM-процессора. Он меняет качество потока в зависимости от ширины и стабильности канала. В качестве клиента для данного решения выступал мобильный телефон с операционной системой Windows Mobile 5 и выше. После авторизации на сервере клиент скачивает веб-страницу с компонентом ActiveX на мобильный браузер, после чего становятся возможными запись и передача аудио и видео потоков на сервер или непосредственно на другие телефоны пользователей сервиса. Во время видеозаписи пользователь может видеть на экране телефона то, что записывает встроенная видеокамера в настоящий момент. Пользователь может также установить желаемые разрешение и частоту кадров видео.
